Taskurai will only process the personal data it collects or receives for the intended purposes. Furthermore, Taskurai processes only the personal data that is necessary for these purposes and only for the duration that is necessary. Taskurai undertakes to update and correct inaccurate personal data and to delete incorrect or unnecessary data.

Taskurai acts as the data controller in this context, as it determines both the purpose and the means of processing personal data.

Personal Data

The term "personal data" is interpreted according to the definition provided by the GDPR, which states: "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person".

This Privacy Statement relates to the processing of your personal data as a visitor and user of the Website.

In this context, the following data is referred to:

  • The personal data you enter on our Website, including through the contact form and various registration forms.
  • The personal data you directly or indirectly provide when sending an email to one of the email addresses listed on the Website.
  • The personal data collected through the use of cookies (see further details).

Taskurai services

Taskurai services are deployed in the Azure subscription of the Customer. The customer choices the location of the Azure subscription and has full control where their data resides and how it is managed and backuped.

(Do note that Taskurai may not be available in your region, please choose a location that is suited for your policy needs.)

Taskurai has access to the Taskurai application for support and update purposes only. Taskurai has no access to other resources in the Azure subscription of the customer.

Any GDPR related issues with the data of the customer should be handled by the Customer in relationship with its Azure environment.

Purposes

Taskurai uses the collected or received personal data only for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your inquiry (contact form).
  • Processing your registration (registration form).
  • Processing your order.
  • Maintaining customer records.
  • Optimizing your user experience and the overall Website experience (cookies).

Where applicable and with your explicit consent, your personal data may also be used to send communications regarding new offerings, general notifications, and privacy in the form of newsletters.

You are not obliged to provide your personal data, but in that case, certain services may be unavailable.

Disclosure of Personal Data

Taskurai will never sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise commercially make your personal data available to third parties unless you have given your explicit consent or in the event of a company restructuring. In the latter case, this will be done with prior notice, unless it is not feasible due to technical or commercial circumstances.

Please note that these rights apply only to your own personal data. For example, you cannot request to access someone else's personal data. Therefore, we ask you to include a copy of the front side of your identity card with your request. To protect your privacy, we recommend blacking out the place and date of birth, gender, nationality, card number, signature, and national registry number in the copy of your passport photo.

We will promptly acknowledge the receipt of such a request. If the request is found to be valid, we will fulfill it as soon as reasonably possible and no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the request.

Please note that the exercise of the mentioned rights is generally free of charge. However, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for administrative costs associated with providing the requested information or taking requested measures.
